The National Organic Program is an annual renewal program based on ongoing compliance of your organic system plan. The renewal certification process is customized based on each client’s anniversary date. In order to provide sufficient time and reduce costs for clients when scheduling inspection, we begin the renewal process 3 months prior to your anniversary date. The renewal process at Where Food Comes From Organic involves updating any previous or future changes made to your organic system plan and verify that documentation that is still current and valid. Our organic management software, SOW Organic, systematically streamlines your renewal certification throughout the renewal processes.
