HOW TO UPDATE OSP
BUSY AS A BEE?
Updating your Organic System Plan is simple and easy. The graphics below outline the steps on how to update your Organic System Plan. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Navigate to the dashboard by clicking “Dashboard” in the menu beneath your organization name.
If your plan is currently marked Complete, click the green “Update Plan” button in the dashboard to unlock your plan.
If your operation type has changed since your last certification, click the blue “Activity Checklist” button in the dashboard, then make and save any necessary changes to update which worksheet types will be included in your OSP.
Click the green “Plan Worksheets” button in the dashboard to review and update your OSP worksheets.
Click the green “Manage Locations” button in the dashboard to review and update your crop and/or facility locations and corresponding worksheets.
When you are finished updating your OSP, click the yellow “Submit Plan Update for Review” in the dashboard to alert your Certification Specialist that you have completed your updates.
